Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

Delivery

Delivery of your order will be by Royal Mail 1st Class Post.

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us by e-mail office@thecablelabelco.co.uk or by telephone on 01273 493090. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. Cancellation and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange it.

Please complete the form enclosed with your order and return it to us with the item you wish to exchange within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. If you seek an exchange, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. If the goods are faulty we will bear the cost of the return postage. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of posting.

Your details are only shared with payment providers to authenticate your payment. Cable Label Co does not retain any credit card information.
